Return process requirements
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
If you receive a product that is not like the picture you ordered contact our our contact page before 24-hour.
Any damages during shipping will not be under our responsibility during the shipping process as we always make sure that packing is very suitable and we always ask the shipping company receiver to check quality and quantity and sign the invoice copy .
In this case all products will be returned in addition to the any free gifts. Within 24 hours If all products are not returned, the return process will be rejected.
We will inspect the returned product. If we clarified that the product is not used, the product value will be refunded to you in the appropriate manner.
If during the inspection process we found that the retrieved product is free of the reason mentioned in your request or used, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
How to return a product?
If all above conditions are applied , you can just reship the products with the minimum shipping cost , if the shipping cost you used is higher than what we can find , the return process will be rejected.
